Welcome

The church's outside Christmas lights will be switched on at 5pm on Advent Sunday 29th Nov. The Council's Christmas street lights will be switched on at 5pm as well. Villagers are encouraged to switch their outside Christmas lights on at the same time to make it a Special Big Village Switch-on.

Thanks to all who donated toys and gave donations online. A car load of toys were taken to Birmingham City Mission on Tuesday 24th Nov. They were gratefully received. They will be given to children across Birmingham who might not necessarily receive a Christmas present.
Also thanks to all who filled the Christmas shoeboxes or filled one online. 20 boxes were taken to the depot on Mon 14th Nov.
