Christmas Child shoe boxes - drop off point
The church will be open Mon 10th - Sat 15th Nov as a drop off point for the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes.
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 10.30am-12.30pm and 3.30pm-5.30pm. (On Tuesday, Please Note a short service in church of 20mins at 10am)
Wednesday and Thursday: 10.30am-12.30pm and 7.30pm-8.30pm (On Wednesday, Please Note a short service in church of 30mins at 10am)
Saturday: 10am-12noon

Poppy display in Church (Remembrance)
The church is open to view the poppy display (put up on Tues 28th Oct) on the following days
Tuesday 4th November 9.00am - 11.30am; (Please Note a short service in church of 20mins at 10am)
Wednesday 5th November 10.30am- 11.30am (after a short service of 30mins at 10am)
Saturday 8th November 10.00am -11am

Christmas Shoe Boxes

Christian Institute Talk
Speakers talking on topics such as assisted suicide, gambling and conversion therapy from a Biblical point of view.
Tuesday 11th November 7:30pm – 8:45pm in church.

Remembrance Day Service (at Memorial)
Sunday 9th Nov - at approx 10.50am, a Service of Remembrance will take place at the memorial (junction of Coleshill Rd and Watton Lane). A Procession to the memorial will start at approx 10.30am from "The Digby" pub carpark.
Please note NO 11am Service in church.
Churchyard Christmas Lights
This year, the Church's Christmas lights will be switched on at 4.30pm on Advent Sunday 30th Nov. The Council's street Christmas lights will be switched on at the same time. Villagers are encouraged to switch on their outside Christmas lights at the same time for a BIG switch-on. There will be a few carols broadcast into the churchyard from within the church just before that time.

Please donate new toys unwrapped. (Wrapping paper nevertheless welcome as well) Toys can also be delivered to church during the preceding week on Tuesday 9.30-11am and Saturday from 10-11am. These are to go to Birmingham City Mission to be distributed. Wanted are toys, books and games (complete and unmarked) for children ages 0-15yrs Suggested list here
Toys will be taken to BCM on Tues 25th Nov after the 10am morning prayer service.
